What is included with a wash & style?
A wash and style means you’ll get pampered with a luxurious shampoo and a fabulous blow-dry, all courtesy of our fabulous stylists!
Can I have my hair curled or straightened with my blow dry?
Absolutely! You can add the use of hot tools, such as a curling iron or flat iron, to your hair or blow-dry service. Please note that this will incur an additional fee of $25 for hot tools.
Can I just get my hair curled or straightened?
Yes! You can arrive with clean, dry hair, and the stylist will utilize a curling iron or flat iron to achieve your desired look.

Level 5 Stylist
Over 15 years of experience in the field Mastered their craft through extensive practive Received comprehensive training Act as mentors for our apprentices
Level 2-4 Stylist
4 to 10+ Years of experience Demonstrated exceptional skills in their craft Accomplished stylists
Level 1 Stylist
2 to 4 years of experience Graduates of the Jolie Apprenticeship Program Proficient in cutting and coloring techniques Currently in the process of building their client base

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Pricing upcharges can occur due to the following reasons; hair density, length, additional product and time. Upcharges will be discussed beforehand. Pricing for services varies based on colorists tier level.
Looking to stay within a certain budget? No problem! Let the receptionist you speak with know and we will recommended stylists within that budget!
Cancellation Policy– All reservations exceeding $200 will require a credit or debit card to secure booking. We kindly request that cancellations are made at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% charge of the service fee. Cancellations without notice will be billed 100% of the service cost.
