I recently started seeing Hal for highlights/cut. I left a salon where I’d been for 5 years.
Hal is amazing!! I went from an auburn color, to summer highlights with little transition. I’ve had nothing but compliments and the cut is great too! The very best part is getting to chat with Hal!
