Therapeutic Massage With Cupping
This ancient muscle healing technique dates back to 1550 BC. After muscles are massaged and eased, dome-shaped cups are strategically placed in areas of tensions and soreness. The air is suctioned out of the cups creating a vacuum effect causing the skin to rise and redden which allows increased blood flow in the areas. Deep healing and flushing take place during this process. Expect to have bruising which may last up to 10 days where cups are placed.

Different Types of Hair Highlights
There are several types of hair removal methods, each tailored to different skin types, hair textures, and personal preferences. Here’s a breakdown:
1. Shaving

- Pros: Quick, affordable.
- Cons: Temporary, can cause irritation or ingrown hairs.
- Best for: Legs, arms, face.
2. Waxing
- How it Works: Hot or cold wax is applied and then pulled off to remove hair from the root.
- Pros: Lasts longer than shaving (3-6 weeks), leaves skin smooth.
- Cons: Can be painful, requires hair to grow out between treatments.
- Best for: Large areas like legs, arms, and bikini.
3. Sugaring
- How it Works: A natural sugar paste is applied and removed in the direction of hair growth.
- Pros: Less irritation than waxing, ideal for sensitive skin.
- Cons: Can be hard to DIY, more expensive than waxing.
- Best for: All-over hair removal.
4. Laser Hair Removal
- How it Works: A laser targets hair follicles to destroy them and prevent regrowth.
- Pros: Long-lasting results after several sessions.
- Cons: Expensive, requires multiple sessions, may not be suitable for all skin tones and hair colors.
- Best for: Larger areas like legs, arms, and underarms.
