What is a single process color?
A single process color involves applying a uniform color at the roots, primarily for gray coverage. It is recommended to schedule a single process treatment every 4 to 6 weeks as new growth appears.
Do I need a glaze/balance?
A glaze is a semi-permanent hair treatment designed to balance color, boost shine, and smooth the ends. This service can beperformed independently at any time.
A balance, or “ends” treatment, is an add on service offered with a highlighting or coloring session to perfect the tone. It’s apopular choice following a highlight or root service.
While a glaze or balance is not mandatory, in order to achieve your desired shade of blonde, brown, red, etc. your stylist mayrecommend this service as the best way to reach the color you want.

THE BLOWDRY BAR
What is the Blowdry Bar?
Finishing services such as a haircut and blowdry are NOT included with a color service. While you can schedule for finishing service, Jolie also provides self blowout station available for your convenience! It comes fully equipped with blow dryers, flat irons, and curling irons, along with brushes, clips and a variety of products for you to use.

Pricing upcharges can occur due to the following reasons; hair density, length, additional product and time. Upcharges will be discussed beforehand. Pricing for services varies based on colorists tier level.
Looking to stay within a certain budget? No problem! Let the receptionist you speak with know and we will recommended stylists within that budget!
Cancellation Policy– All reservations exceeding $200 will require a credit or debit card to secure booking. We kindly request that cancellations are made at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% charge of the service fee. Cancellations without notice will be billed 100% of the service cost.
