Reservations

To ensure the time and technician desired and service availability, advance reservations are strongly recommended. Reservations may be made during regular business hours. Off-site chair massage, manicures, pedicures, cuts, updos, and makeup services are available for home parties and corporate settings. Please speak to our special events coordinator for off-site booking information.

 

Cancellation Policy

Jolie understands that on rare occasions there is no alternative but to change or cancel an appointment. Because of the popularity of our services, we kindly request a 24-hour notice of cancellation in order to avoid being charged for the technician’s time reserved just for you. When scheduling appointments for multiple services or multiple guests and for services valued at more than $200 or scheduled for more than two hours of a technician’s time, a credit card or gift card number may be required. Failure to cancel at least 24 hours in advance will result in a 50% service charge. Failure to provide any notice will result in charging the full service price to your credit card or full redemption of gift card.

 

Arrival

  • Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your spa appointment time and keep in mind that arriving late will limit the time of the treatment. The treatment will end on time so that the next guest will not be delayed.
  • To preserve the tranquility of the salon and spa environment cellular phones are not allowed. Spa guests are required to keep their voices at a minimum.
  • Jolie Salon & Day Spa does not accept liability for personal belongings lost or stolen. Please leave anything of great value at home.
  • When you check in for a spa service you will receive a robe, slippers and a locker for your personal belongings. Undergarments may be worn if preferred.

 

Health Concerns

Please alert your technician of allergies, medications, topical skin treatments, recent chemical treatments or medical conditions that may require special attention or affect the result of your service.

 

Children

Jolie Salon & Day Spa is a place of serenity. To ensure that our guests enjoy their service, we kindly request that all children are supervised in our reception area. For their safety, infants and children 10 years of age and under are not permitted in salon or spa areas unless they are receiving services.

 

Gift Cards

We believe in making your life a little simpler and your gift giving memorable. Whether you are giving to a friend, family member or corporate staff, our personnel will satisfy your specific needs. Please refer to our package menu for gift ideas. Gift Cards are available in any denomination and do not expire.Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Unused balances may be credited toward future services or home care products.

 

Bridal & Group Parties

Every bride should feel remarkable on her special day. Our goal is to ensure that dreams are made a reality. Our experienced team will work with the bride (and bridal party) to create the envisioned look for the wedding day. Jolie specializes in . Payment Options

For your convenience we accept personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, debit cards, traveler’s checks, Spa Finder and Spa Wish and, of course, cash. A $25 fee will be charged for returned checks.

 

Pricing and Gratuities

Services and prices are subject to change without notice. Gratuities are not included with any service pricing but are appreciated.
