I opened my Salon in 2000 and since day one my belief has always been that creating a great environment for our clients must begin by creating a great environment for our employees… keeping our employees happy, productive and secure.

SPA SMARTS
Arrival
– To ensure the ultimate spa experience, we ask you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time and keep in mind that arriving late will limit the time of the treatment. The treatment will end on the set time so that the next guest will not be delayed.
– To preserve the tranquility of the salon and spa environment, cellular phones are not allowed. Spa guest are asked to keep their voices at a minimum.
– Jolie Salon & Day Spa does not accept liability for personal belongings lost or stolen. Please leave anything of great value at home or in your car.
– When you check in for a spa service you will receive a robe, slippers and a locker for your personal belongings. Undergarments may be worn is preferred and paper underwear is available upon request.
Health Concerns
Please alert your technician of allergies, medications, topical skin treatments, recent chemical treatments or medical conditions that may require special attention or affect the result of your service.

No Smoking
For the comfort of our guests, Jolie Salon & Spa is a smoke-free environment.
Reservations
To ensure the time and technician desired and service availability, advance reservations are strongly recommended. Reservations may be made during regular business hours, or online at joliespa.com. Offsite chair massage, updos, and makeup services are available for weddings and corporate settings. Please contact Special Events coordinator for offsite booking information.
Cancellation Policy
Because of the popularity of our services, we kindly request a 24-hour notice of cancellation to avoid being charged for the technician’s time reserved just for you. When scheduling appointments for multiple services or multiple guests and for services valued at more than $200 or scheduled for more than two hours of a technician’s time, a credit card or gift card number may be required. Failure to cancel at least 24 hours in advance will result in a 50% service charge. Failure to provide any notice will result in charging the full service price to your credit card or full redemption of gift card. Group contracts are subject to the terms of the contract.
Children & Pets
Jolie Salon & Spa is a place of serenity. To ensure our guests enjoy their service, we kindly request all children are supervised in our reception area. For their safety, infants and children under 10 years of age are not permitted in salon or spa areas unless they are receiving services. Pets are not allowed on Jolie premises. If you have a service animal please advise your receptionist at time of booking to receive prior approval.
Gift Cards
We believe in making your life a little simpler and your gift giving memorable. Whether you are giving to a friend, family member or corporate staff, our personnel will satisfy your specific needs. Please refer to our packages menu for gift ideas. Gift Cards are available in any denomination and do not expire. Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Unused balances may be credited to future services or home care products.
For your convenience, Gift Cards are available for purchase online at joliespa.com. Paper gift certificates with an expired date will not be accepted. All gifts without an expiration date are in the form of a gift card with a magnetic strip.
Bridal & Group Parties
Every bride should feel remarkable on her special day. Our goal is to ensure that dreams are made a reality. Our experienced team will work with the bride (and bridal party) to create the envisioned look for the wedding day. Jolie specializes in group parties and offsite events. Please contact our Special Events Coordinator for further information.

I've been going to the Salon for about a year and have found the entire experience great. I had been going into center city Philadelphia my whole life for my hair (cuts & color), thinking I couldn't get the same quality in the suburbs. It turns out I was wrong! Everyone at the salon is wonderful, from the front desk, to the excellent color from Audrey, cut by Michael, the assistants and overall ambiance. In addition, I save a 2 hour drive and $25 parking per visit. Sorry I didn't have the courage to make the move years ago!

When I walked in I was impressed by how friendly everyone was. When the service started, Chelsea explained everything she was doing, gave me the exact shade of highlights I was doing and suggested products that would help me keep the new color. I have since recommended the salon to several friends and my sisters. I am so happy to have finally tried Jolie.

I moved to the area about 2 years ago from New England, and as we all know, finding a new Salon that can compare to your beloved tried and true spot, can be a little daunting. Especially when the first few attempts leave you discouraged, and wondering if you're just a little too critical or unable to communicate what you like. So I'm happy to say that I have finally found what I was looking for! My appointment was for a full foil with Chelsea, and a cut with Kimberly. The Salon itself, is lovely. Roomy and full of positive energy, I didn't feel awkward as a first-time visitor. The entire staff is welcoming and upbeat. I loved that there was conversation and NOT gossip. Some places can be very cliquey instead of relaxing. Also, sometimes a Salon can be flashy, but leave you underwhelmed with your actual work. Not the case here. I really have to say, Chelsea is a color genius. She executed exactly what I have been trying to attain as a fine-haired blonde. Kimberly, with similar hair texture as me, cut and blended my long layered hair perfectly. This Salon is top notch because of the overall experience from start to finish. Worth every penny!
My place of safety and feeling beautiful
I have been going to Jolies for 2 to 3 years. I have asthma so I need an environment that is chemical free. It is so well ventilated that I can relax and not worry about the the air quality. Jolies staff are professional and they do a wonderful job of making you feel relaxed and special.

Jolie Salon and day spa gave me one of the best spa experiences I’ve ever had. I always envied my husband because he used to get his from a place called Silvio Saloon when we were in Dubai, which was great. But I’m so glad I found the perfect place for myself too!

I love Jolie. I have been getting my hair done by Erika since 2009 and she always does a fabulous job. I am very picky with my hair and it took trying out several salons in the area, was so happy to find Erika and Jolie. Everyone is super friendly and you really get what you pay for. As usual, the service at the salon was great. I did have one problem that concerned my booking. I booked my appointment online and requested a Designer level stylist. I received a prompt reply with my requested appointment time and the name of the stylist who would be working with me. However, when I went to check out, the price for the haircut was for a Senior Designer rather than a Designer. Luckily, I was able to show them the email in which I had made that request and they adjusted the price. The receptionist informed me that I should always call to confirm my choice of level of stylist. I was disappointed in that suggestion because it shows that they are not using their technology efficiently. I do not feel that I should have to double-check their work.read more

My daughter recently got married at BBCC and the bridesmaids went to the salon for manicures, pedicures, up-do’s and makeup. Our service was outstanding! There were 12 people in our group and they were able to accommodate all of us. Everyone was very friendly and courteous, especially Jason. Both my daughter and I go to Jolie and have been for a few years. We see Charles and LOVE him! He is so kind, caring and he really takes the time to address what it is that you are looking for in cut and color. I asked him if it was okay to bring my daughter because she had tried other salons and they butchered her short hair. I normally would not bring a child to Jolie, but in this case she needed help! Charles did an AMAZING job giving her the most sophisticated hair cut that a six year old could ever have! AND it's so easy to take care of. If you go to Jolie- ask for Charles! Chelsea is an absolutely incredible color specialist. I went in needing color correction because another salon made my light brown hair orange. Chelsea was able to make me a gorgeous ash blonde in one session! The salon itself is beautiful and clean. The entire staff is welcoming, attentive and knowledgeable. From the moment I stepped in the door the staff was welcoming and cheerful. The front desk is very nice and of course Lauren and Bryn were great as always. They helped me locate Victoria so that I could get some makeup and make an apt with Charlene for a facial assessment. Charlene was helpfu and I am scheduled for a facial soon. A very nice woman gave me an eyebrow wax and a chin wax. The wax pulled skin off my chin area and I now look terrible with a big burn/cut on my face. Not her fault I am sure. I have been using retinA and have shaved that area before. That is probably the reason. Not sure. She was most solicitous and gave me some antibiotic cream to use. I absolutely loved it here!! It was very clean and just gorgeous in the salon. Everyone was very friendly. No waiting around. Victoria was so informative about what I wanted and understanding. My hair came out exactly as I asked for and looked perfect! Also I wasn’t pushed for ANY other services which happens at every other salon I’ve been to. Not even “you could really use a trim” or “sure you don’t want me to dry it???”. I don’t blow dry my curls and just had my hair cut anyway but they have a FREE blowout bar with dryers, brushes and irons that you can style your own hair with before you leave if you’d like! They charged me less than I expected for the services I received. I will definitely come back!!!read more

My wife and I went to see aesthetician Belén. She was friendly and professional And kept everything clean. She had a full compliment of equipment and supplies in her room, back in the spa area.Since we both had appointments, I stood at the front and had wine and cheese.Only feedback to management is maybe regarding the room. It was labeled “Room One” or something in the back. If it had a sticker with Belen’s name and/or face, or even her business card taped on the door it would be an improvement.read more

Phoenix gave the best massage I think I've ever had, and I've had A LOT of massages. I needed a deep-tissue, restorative massage after an intense weigh lifting program. It was amazing. I adore this Salon! I have been a client for 15+ years. She was able to pull up my color to a perfect, cool toned blonde with partial highlights and a toner. She gave me a great haircut as well. I liked chatting beforehand to talk about the history of what my hairs been through a bit. We created a good game plan and the execution was phenomenal. I also enjoyed the cleanliness of the salon, and the complementary drinks and snacks that were offered. It was easy to communicate and book an appointment and everyone was very friendly. I’ll be glad to return, and possibly try other services offered.

I went to Jolie Salon and Spa for a massage after getting a gift certificate. I wasn’t sure what to expect but holy cow! Phoenix did an AMAZING job. We had a very brief consultation prior to the massage and I gave him a sense of what I was having trouble with and he made a suggestion from there. I ended up getting a deep tissue massage with a stretch. I wasn’t going for pure relaxation. I wanted my tension to be addressed, and boy did he deliver. That said, I am sure he would be great with a pure relaxation massage as well. All in all, Phoenix was a true professional and I will be back.

I was blessed to be placed with Daniela who totally transformed my hair. I am walking around on cloud nine. Everyone of my family members that saw me today loves it. I am not used to getting so many compliments about my hair. Her artistic skills in coloring and highlighting are exceptional. Joseph gives a wonderful scalp massage when washing and the salon pampers us with food and drinks. A really classy experience.
